Every shipment gets a tracking number that drives order status and keeps the buyer informed. Return labels are tied to refunds, so a return is a few clicks for the buyer and a clean record for the seller.

Cross-border, customs handled

Parcels that cross a border carry their own customs documents — HS codes and a commercial invoice — with a duties-and-taxes estimate the buyer sees at checkout, so packages clear customs without surprise charges on arrival.

Every order runs through one protected pipeline. Buyers are covered until the parcel is in their hands; sellers are paid as each order clears its short return window, and are shielded from fraud and chargebacks. The money is held safely in between — so both sides are looked after and no one games the system.

Funds held safe until the order is settled

A buyer's payment is held safely until the order is delivered and its short return window clears — then it's released to the seller. With steady sales, payouts roll in continuously; only your newest orders are still settling. Every refund is covered by those held funds, so a return is settled cleanly — never chased, never fronted.

Cancel before it ships — not after

A buyer can cancel for a full refund any time before the seller ships. Once it's on its way it can't simply be cancelled — so a seller is never left out of pocket on a parcel already in transit.

Returns tied to refunds

After delivery, returns follow each store's policy (with a fair minimum). The return label, the tracking and the refund are one linked record — clean for the buyer, clean for the seller.

Insure any order against loss or damage

For extra peace of mind, an order can be insured against loss, damage or theft through our shipping partner — covering the full order value for about 1.25%. Buyers can add it at checkout; sellers can auto-insure what they send — optional, for the orders that matter most.

Problems settled directly — askFinz only if needed

“Didn't arrive” or “not as described”? The buyer and seller work it out first — most are sorted in a message or two. Only if they can't does askFinz step in to decide. Any refund is settled from the order's held funds — a square outcome for both sides.
