We're not hiring publicly yet.

We hire when we know exactly what we need, not because the headcount budget says we should. Right now we're shipping. When that changes, the roles will appear here — not on a job board, not via a recruiter, not on LinkedIn first.

If that frustrates you, we apologise. If it sounds about right, you're probably the kind of person we'll eventually want to talk to.

How we work

04 principles
  1. 01

    Bias to ship

Done is a feature. We prefer the rough edge that's in front of users to the polished one that isn't.

  2. 02

    Cite the source

We name the file, the line, the paper. We don't speak in vibes.

  3. 03

    Open at the edges

API, extension, MCP, exports. Lock-in is a tax we won't collect.

  4. 04

    Privacy by perimeter

Sensitive workspaces have their own database, their own rules. Defaults that protect.

Got an idea?

Let's build it together.

We're not hiring publicly yet, but if you'd like to build something specific with us, drop it below — we'll find a moment to talk.

Best signals: a clear shape for the thing, an inkling of who'd use it, and a reason it's easier to build with askFinz than alone.

The shape of the thing, not a CV

We read these by hand. If your idea overlaps something we're shipping, expect a reply. Otherwise, no answer means “not right now” — never “not interested.”

Edge cases

Internships, advisory, contracts.

We do consider exceptional people for these. Our bar is “teach us something we don't know within an hour of conversation.” If you've got a portfolio, a paper, a project, or a strong opinion about model routing or agent design, we'll read it.

Email careers@askfinz.com with one link. The shorter the message, the more likely it gets opened.
