One Fitbit. One winner.

To celebrate askFinz private access we’re giving away a Google Inspire 3 Fitbit to one verified beta signup. Below are the boring (but necessary) details.

1. Promoter

askFinz, an entity under PAUL V | Holdings (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@askfinz.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to anyone aged 18 or over with a valid email address, in any jurisdiction where this kind of promotional draw is legal. Employees of askFinz and their immediate family are excluded.

3. How to enter

Submit a complete beta signup form on /beta with the “Enter me into the launch raffle” box ticked. Verifying your email address is required for an entry to be valid. One ticket per person.

4. Entry window

Entries open on the day this page goes live and close on the date askFinz is declared generally available, or six months after the page goes live, whichever is sooner. The closing date will be announced at least seven days in advance by email to all entrants.

5. Prize

One (1) Google Inspire 3 Fitbit, in a colour chosen by the winner from the colours then commercially available, shipped to a postal address of their choice. The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with a comparable item of equal or greater value if the original is unavailable.

6. Winner selection

One winner will be selected at random from the pool of valid entries using a verifiable random-number generator. The draw will be witnessed and logged.

7. Notification

The winner will be contacted by email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner does not respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to draw another winner. The first name and country of the winner may be published; full personal data will not be.

8. Data

Entry data is processed under our privacy policy. Entrants who do not opt in to wider askFinz communications will only be contacted in connection with the raffle itself.

9. Liability

We accept no liability for entries lost in transit, technical failures, or for any consequence of using the prize. By entering, you agree to be bound by these terms.

10. Governing law

This raffle is governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any dispute arising in connection with it is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
