askFinz platform status

How to read this page

Every askFinz surface reports to one page, so you never have to work out which product you are looking at before you can see whether it is running. Search, research, chat, the browser extension, the desktop app and the workspaces behind them all appear here together.

Three states are used and they mean what they say. Operational is live and open to everyone on a plan that includes it. Beta is working and open to early access, with the rough edges that implies. Planned is on the roadmap and not yet something you can use.

An incident notice is posted here while one is open, and what changed afterwards goes to the changelog. A surface moving from planned to beta, or from beta to operational, shows up here as it moves rather than in a release note weeks later.
