BIMDash

askFinz acquires BIMDash, bringing a cloud-based 3D model viewer to askFinz Estate

askFinz has acquired BIMDash, a cloud-based BIM model checker built to cut rework and construction delays by checking models against local building codes. Its 3D viewer will be integrated into askFinz Estate, the forthcoming real-estate listings workspace — putting the model beside the listing and the planning record it belongs to. BIMDash traces directly back to Verifi3D at Xinaps BV, later acquired by Solibri (Nemetschek Group). Estate has not launched; this announces an acquisition and an intent, not a live feature.

“We hold the listing, the price and the planning record. What we could not show you was the building.”

FinRock.ai

askFinz acquires FinRock.ai to deepen its financial data and insight layer

askFinz has acquired FinRock.ai, the AI-driven investment research platform behind the “Ask Finn” assistant, bringing its predictive market analytics, real-time sentiment tracking and regulatory document analysis into the askFinz Finance workspace. FinRock covers 25+ global markets and processes over 100,000 data points daily; askFinz already reads the filings those markets produce. Both companies are held by Paul V Holdings, so the transaction consolidates two products under common ownership. Terms were not disclosed.

“A filing tells you what a company reported. It does not tell you what changed, or what the market made of it.”

askFinz on air at Hi-Tech Campus Eindhoven Open Day

Paul Varghese, founder of askFinz, was interviewed live on Radio 4 Brainport — The Expat Station of Eindhoven's Brainport region — during the Hi-Tech Campus Open Day. The segment covers what askFinz does, its approach to AI pricing, the travel agent, agentic workspaces, and the vision of AI that is genuinely accessible rather than expensive.

“We are a provider of workspaces. We connect to all of these models — so you use multiple, not just one.”

LoopIt.ai

LoopIt.ai powers its platform on askFinz

LoopIt.ai — building the new European standard for car repair and insurance claims — runs its web platform on askFinz infrastructure. The collaboration demonstrates how askFinz's agentic workspace technology applies beyond individual productivity: enabling companies to build specialist AI-driven products on top of the platform. LoopIt.ai cuts damage assessment from nine weeks to fifteen minutes and claim validation from one week to fifteen minutes.

“AI is the biggest shift in software since the internet, and it shouldn't sit behind fourteen separate subscriptions.”

askFinz participates in the TU/e Contest

askFinz took part in the TU/e Contest — the Eindhoven University of Technology's startup competition run through TU/e Innovation Space — to raise awareness of its AI platform among one of the Netherlands' most vibrant student and deep-tech communities. The contest brings together early-stage ventures building at the intersection of technology and impact.

“AI shouldn't be expensive. Our starting plan is seven dollars a month — unlimited access to the models we support.”
